Normal Growth & Development

Your body changes a lot while you're growing up, and everyone's timeline looks a little different - that's completely normal.

You might notice you're taller than your friends one year and shorter the next, or that your body starts changing before or after theirs does. All of that is okay.

Getting enough sleep, eating a mix of foods, and staying active all help your body and brain grow the way they're supposed to.

If something about your body is confusing you or you're worried about a change, it's always okay to talk to a parent, trusted adult, or your doctor about it.
